4. Brand & Political Team Responsibilities

Clients must:

• Provide legal and ethical briefs

• Pay agreed amounts

• Approve content on time

Pinmaster/CRASC Technologies are not responsible for disputes between influencers and clients.

5. Payments

• Influencers are paid after content approval

• Payment timing may vary

• Pinmaster/CRASC Technologies are not responsible for delays caused by clients

6. Digital Course Terms

All course fees are non-refundable.
Access is provided after payment.

7. Prohibited Actions

Users may not:

• Upload harmful or misleading content

• Use bots or fake engagement

• Violate copyrights

• Promote illegal activities

8. Limitation of Liability

Pinmaster & CRASC Technologies are not liable for:

• Loss of income

• Campaign disputes

• Legal consequences of influencer content

• Technical issues or downtime
